Concurrently, he pursued a degree in Business Administration at SNHU online, demonstrating his dedication to both hands-on experience and academic excellence.
PJ's ascent within the industry has been marked by his rapid progression from a starting position to the role of Shop Foreman. Over the past decade, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, culminating in his position as Vice President of Operations overseeing three facilities across the country. PJ's commitment to continuous improvement is underscored by his attainment of a black belt in Six Sigma from Villanova University.
With a focus on process improvement, advanced manufacturing techniques, LEAN practices, and business development, PJ has spent the last 14 years contributing significantly to the sheet metal and machining sector.
