HUDSON, NH — January 15, 2024 Approved Sheet Metal (ASM), a leading sheet metal fabrication company based in Hudson, New Hampshire, is pleased to announce the appointment of Endy Lau as its new General Manager. The decision comes as part of ASM's commitment to further enhance its operational excellence and continue its trajectory of growth in the sheet metal fabrication industry.
Endy Lau brings over a decade of diversified industry experience and a proven track record of strategic leadership to his new role at Approved Sheet Metal. Graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, Endy continued to earn a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Business Intelligence from Suffolk University in Boston, MA.
Prior to joining ASM, Endy played a pivotal role in the success of Cirtec Medical's Lowell location operations, where he led a cross-functional team of managers and technical operations. His strategic vision and dedication contributed significantly to scaling the business for rapid financial and physical growth in the medical device design, engineering, and manufacturing sector.
Endy's professional journey has seen him navigate through various industries, starting in circuit card manufacturing, transitioning to R&D in endoscopic stents, and contributing to equipment manufacturing for the pulp and paper industry. Notably, he spent nearly half a decade at BAE Systems in southern New Hampshire, supporting classified programs, new factory builds, and existing factory expansions where he became certified as a Lean Six Sigma green belt and shortly after a black belt.
